ADSL from Easynet Connect is designed for use by demanding businesses. Unlike many broadband services ours is unlimited and uncontended. Business support also comes as standard with 24/7 technical support from our knowledgeable team.
Internet connectivity is now a vital service for most businesses. A broadband service designed for business-use can make sure the productivity benefits of internet connectivity are always there and not put at risk by inconvenient "slow-downs". Small business managers need to focus on running their businesses rather than worrying about their connectivity. A managed ADSL service from Easynet allows you to do that.
- Low costs – ADSL is the lowest cost access product in the Easynet portfolio, providing a low cost option for small businesses or a low cost backup option to other connections.
- Consistent speeds – Our service is uncontended, so with Easynet ADSL there is no “busy period” when users experience slower speeds – something which can harm productivity. Once installed speeds will not vary.
- Managed service – Easynet ADSL is a managed service, so we manage every element of the service. We provide a business grade router pre-configured to work with your connection and we also provide and manage the telephone connection your broadband will run over.
- Quality customer service – Should there ever be a problem with your service you can be confident of quick resolution. Our business support centre is available 24/7 staffed with experienced engineers.
How it works
Easynet provides ADSL via Local Loop Unbundling. This means we have our own equipment in local telephone exchanges connected to our own network and can manage your connection end to end. Our network is dedicated to business use and we ensure there is no contention at any point. This means we can guarantee that the speed of your connection will not vary once installed. In the exchanges where we do not have our own equipment we will connect using BT. ADSL is available as an up to 8Mbps or 20Mbps service. In both cases the maximum speed will vary dependant on the length of the telephone wire connecting your location to the exchange. ADSL is asynchronous, so upload speeds are limited to 1Mbps.
ADSL is just one of a portfolio of connectivity services available. Business SDSL, SurestreamTM, EtherstreamTM and Fibre up to 1Gbps mean that whatever the requirements of your business, DV02 can help you make sure you have the right Internet access product.
