We manage all types of telephony network services from a host of service providers and technologies.We offer a suite of managed services, specifically designed to centrally manage network services on behalf of our clients. Our simplified, single point of contact for everything covered under the support contract, provides uniform contractual terms and consolidates supply chain management.
Clients often express concerns at their disparate contracts and the difficulty in managing these relationships, notably when there is an issue. DV02 analyse these arrangements, assess if they are fit for purpose, recommend improvements and then wrap this into a single contract that is support solely by DV02.
DV02 contract with the majority of Tier 1 service providers including BT Wholesale, Virgin Media, Vodafone, Talktalk Business, EE and O2.
DV02 support the entire portfolio of network service types. From traditional telephone lines and calls to SIP, IP Hosted Solutions and from standard Internet Access using ADSL and FTTC to Managed Ethernet and fully enabled MPLS networks.
Clients who move to DV02 or change technology/service providers are assigned a Prince2 Certified Project Manager, who is responsible for managing the changes and implementation of projects, to ensure a smooth and successful service transition.
We provide our clients with consolidated billing. Data is supplied to DV02 which enables us to bill our customers in a manner they prefer - for example by cost centre/location or simply emailed to multiple contacts for approval. DV02 will be your sole contact for billing.
For clients looking into new technology or wishing to move away from traditional services, DV02 provide unique recommendations that will serve the business and operational needs of today. These will be designed and structured to support ever eventuality as your business develops and grows in the future.
DV02 operate a 24/7 Helpdesk supporting all client requirements. Whilst contracts and SLAs may differ by service and provider, we believe that it is important to be able to report faults at any time. Resolutions of these faults are then worked on according to the SLA of that service.
